NICE TO MEET YOU!

I’m a San Francisco Bay Area-based brand and content strategist, and writer at heart. I’ve spent my career helping mission-driven organizations deliver on their business objectives through the power of human-centered messaging and experiences.

My career started with following my heart - a passion for architecture and design led me to real estate marketing. This period spanned the financial crisis and I learned a lot about campaigns and CRM while keeping my branch #2 in sales in California.

But I needed a bigger challenge, so then I followed my head: I pursued a master’s degree in organizational change and became a management consultant in the tech industry. Strategic market insight and customer analysis became part of my arsenal, underpinning everything I do today.

Finally, I arrived at what moved my soul, which was the blend of creativity & science that is brand building. Moving into brand and content strategy in 2014 allowed me to help companies better engage their audiences by becoming more human. Armed with a fierce pen, an obsession for data and cultural insight, and a knack for getting the best out of cross-functional teams, I’ve helped brands like IKEA, Ericsson and Volvo engage the most time-pressed executives, scroll-happy consumers and sought-after talent.

Though a Bay Area native, I spent 8 years living and working abroad, which taught me how to be a good global citizen and assess and synthesize global marketplace trends.
