Communications Narrative
Ericsson & Volvo
As part of their customer marketing efforts towards Volvo, Ericsson wanted to craft a shared narrative around their innovation within connected vehicles. Together with another strategist, we gathered senior executives from both organizations together, interviewed key innovators on each side, and delivered this story. It was used as a steering document for press releases, internal communications, event presentations and creative assets. It was also critical in paving the way for future partnership between Volvo and Ericsson.
