Ericsson had a couple automotive makers using their cloud platform solutions for their connected cars, but they wanted more. And they wanted to establish themselves as an innovation partner in an industry known for being insular. One way I supported this positioning work was with sales enablement assets, including an interactive sales discussion guide in 2018. We created a concept where an Ericsson key account manager could walk an automotive stakeholder through different conceptual “cities” to illustrate the different ways that they could benefit from connectivity. If they wanted to know more, they could go to the next “level” in each city. Here are excerpts from Shareville.
