Ericsson was launching a new leadership development program, and came to us for help in developing a year long activation strategy. They wanted to have their 10K employee leaders embed 10 newly designated leadership competencies into their ways of thinking and working, a shift away from their previous, matrixed developmental plans.
Together with another strategist, I developed a modular set of workshops to be used in different ways with diverse groups around the world. We also developed a thorough survey that helped leaders measure themselves across the competencies. Then I led the design and production of films, posters, digital assets and other material to support the year-long activation, which focused on one competency per month.
Almost all content was written by me, including the emails for each month, introducing competencies.
