Ericsson came to us for help with repositioning, restructuring and relaunching their Managed Services business area. After months of interviews and analysis, we created a new more engaging concept, called the Operations Engine, to summarize their complex AI-driven offering and clarify the value to customers. I guided sales & product teams and executives in simplifying their portfolio narrative, structuring dozens of tools and services into the “Operations Engine” concept. Then I led a cross-disciplinary team in executing the go-to-market strategy with a multi-channel global campaign.

I was the editorial lead and copy lead, and with support from another copywriter, we wrote out the entire portfolio description along with an interactive demo, campaign and web copy, film scripts, sales assets and more.
